Privacy Policy
Last updated: July 30, 2026
Grov LLC ("Grove," "we," "us," or "our") is based in Texas and operates growgrove.ai and the Grove platform (together, the "Service"). This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have. It applies to visitors to our website and to Customers and authorized users of the Service. Capitalized terms not defined here have the meaning given in our Terms of Service.
If you have questions about this policy, contact us at info@hamelintech.com.
1. Information We Collect
1.1 Account Information. Name, work email, company name, and password or authentication credentials when you or your company create an account.
1.2 Customer Content and Knowledge. Documents, contacts, notes, and other content you upload or connect to Knowledge collections, and the instructions you give to digital employees.
1.3 Integration Data. If you connect third-party tools such as email or Slack, we access the data needed to perform the tasks you delegate, limited to the permissions you grant during that connection.
1.4 Usage and Log Data. Information about how you use the Service, including pages visited, features used, digital employee tasks run, usage credit consumption, IP address, browser type, and timestamps.
1.5 Payment Information. Billing details are collected and processed by our payment processor. We do not store full payment card numbers on our own systems.
2. How We Use Information
We use the information above to:
(a) provide, operate, and maintain the Service, including running digital employee tasks;
(b) send relevant Customer Content to AI model providers as needed to generate output;
(c) authenticate accounts, process billing, and manage usage credits;
(d) provide customer support;
(e) monitor, secure, and improve the Service, including in de-identified, aggregated form as described in our Terms of Service; and
(f) communicate with you about the Service, including service notices and, if you opt in, product updates.
We do not sell personal information, and we do not use Customer Content to serve advertising.
3. AI Processing and Subprocessors
Digital employees generate output using AI models operated by Anthropic. We host the Service on Google Cloud (Firebase) and serve the web application through Vercel. Relevant portions of Customer Content are transmitted to these providers to perform the tasks you request. These providers process data under contractual terms that restrict them from using it to train models for other customers. A current list of subprocessors is available at growgrove.ai/subprocessors, and Enterprise Customers may request a Data Processing Addendum at info@hamelintech.com.
4. How We Share Information
We share information only:
(a) with the third-party AI model and infrastructure providers described in Section 3, to operate the Service;
(b) with integrations you choose to connect, to the extent needed to perform delegated tasks;
(c) with service providers who support billing, hosting, analytics, or customer support, under confidentiality obligations;
(d) if required by law, subpoena, or legal process, or to protect the rights, property, or safety of Grove, our Customers, or others; and
(e) in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, subject to the same protections described in this policy.
5. Data Retention and Deletion
We retain Customer Content for as long as your account is active. If you cancel or terminate your account, you may request export of Customer Content within 30 days, after which we will delete it from our systems in accordance with our Terms of Service, except where retention is required for legal, tax, or accounting purposes. Usage and log data is retained for 30 days for security and troubleshooting purposes.
6. Security
We use encryption in transit and at rest, access controls that let Customer manage who can view each Knowledge collection, and an audit trail of access to shared collections. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
7. Your Privacy Rights
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or receive a copy of your personal information, and to opt out of certain uses. This includes rights available under the Texas Data Privacy and Security Act, the California Consumer Privacy Act, and similar laws in other states, as applicable to you. To exercise these rights, contact us at info@hamelintech.com. We will verify your request before acting on it. We do not sell personal information, so there is no sale to opt out of.
If the Service is used by residents of the European Economic Area, United Kingdom, or Switzerland, additional rights under applicable data protection law may apply; contact us for details specific to your situation.
8. Cookies and Analytics
We use cookies and similar technologies that are necessary for the Service to function, such as keeping you signed in. We also use Google Analytics to understand how visitors and users move through the site and the Service so we can improve them; Google Analytics sets cookies to distinguish users and processes usage data on our behalf as described in Section 3. We do not use third-party advertising cookies. You can control cookies through your browser settings or opt out of Google Analytics with Google's browser opt-out add-on, though disabling essential cookies may affect the Service's functionality.
9. Children's Privacy
The Service is intended for business use by adults and is not directed to children under 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us information, contact us at info@hamelintech.com and we will delete it.
10. Changes to This Policy
